Acer's recent foray into the DIY GPU market has been marked by success, particularly with its Intel Arc series. Now, the company is extending its offerings to include the Radeon RX 7800 XT and the Radeon RX 7700 XT for the US market. These new GPUs, available in Predator BiFrost and Nitro models, have made their debut on Newegg US.
The Acer Radeon RX 7800 XT and RX 7700 XT GPUs represent a strong presence in AMD's mid-tier market. The top-tier Predator BiFrost model features a triple fan design, black color scheme, and subtle RGB lighting with the "Predator" logo. In contrast, the Nitro model offers a more budget-friendly option suitable for those not engaging in aggressive overclocking activities with these graphics cards.
The Acer Radeon RX 7800 XT Predator BIFROST is priced at $559.99, whereas the Nitro version costs around $519.99. Moreover, the Radeon RX 7700 XT Nitro is available for $419.99. Both models are slightly above the official MSRP, leaving consumers to decide whether Acer is their preferred brand. A slight price decrease would have helped Acer's products become more competitive and increase sales.
